• Installation, Commissioning, Instrument Configuration, Calibration and Maintenance Control of Plants.
• Calibration of Liquid/Gas flow meters, process instruments and electrical instruments, orifice, mass flow meters, PD meters, ultrasonic flow meters, pressure, level, temperature, Vibration systems, Gas analyzers, transmitters, controllers, sensors and various products of process instrument such as Rosemount, Yokogawa, Yamatake, Foxboro, weigh bridge, belt scale, weighing scale (from lab to industrial), masses.
• Experience in programming / troubleshooting of PLC, DCS, flow computer Systems and electrical panels.
• Review instrument equipment specifications, data sheets and drawings to ensure compliance with requirements.
• International Standards and Practice, i.e.: IP, API, ISO, AGA, ANSI, BS, EN, IEEE, ASME, ASTM, & etc.
• Process Flow Diagrams, P & I Diagrams and Schematic Diagram and prepare Input/output list.
• Analysis and design of Control Panel includes Layout drawing, wiring diagram and troubleshooting control panel, Up-gradation/modification of System Configuration for DCS, PLC, flow computer, gas chromatography and HMI.

• Installation and Trouble Shooting, repairing instruments in the panels; Pressure Gauges, Level Switch, Check Valves, Flow Control Valves, Hydraulic Pressure Regulator, Ball Valve, Pressure Switches, Solenoid Valves. Global valves, butterfly valves, gate valves, diaphragm valves, Positioner adjustment/calibration.
